Order Processing Time

At HydroJug, most orders are carefully processed within 1-3 business days following payment confirmation. Please note that processing may take longer during major holidays or special promotional sales periods.

Shipping and Delivery

Once your order leaves our facility, standard transit time typically ranges from 7 to 12 business days for delivery within the United States. Overall delivery time is an estimate and may vary due to factors such as the final destination, customs inspections, carrier operations, or unexpected delays like severe weather or transit disruptions.

Shipping charges for your order are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on your selections.

Order Tracking

When your shipment is dispatched, HydroJug will provide tracking details via email. Please allow a brief grace period for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your HydroJug order within 12 hours of purchase. For cancellations, please contact us promptly using the provided support email.

Returns and Refunds

HydroJug accepts returns within 14 days of package delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.
